Made from the rare Ruchè grape variety, a unique and delicious local grape variety of Monferrato, Piedmont. This is an inviting, fresh, fruity rosé sparkling wine made in the Italian Martinotti method. It is thought to be one of the only examples of sparkling Ruchè in the world.

Winemaker Jeff Moote’s passion for sparkling wine is evident with the highly acclaimed Divergence Brut Nature. This single-vineyard traditional method wine is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. This is a toasty and complex, traditional method wine with 17 months on lees and zero dosage.

A stellar example of Cava de Guarda Superior that has developed layers of complexity during its 24 months of bottle aging. The bouquet of the Mascaró “Initium” is textbook Cava - scented with notes of lemon, hay, white flowers and apple pastry. Flavours of mineral-kissed citrus, bread dough and orchard fruit extend through the body, trailing into a generous finish.
