Date: November 18th
Time: 7:00pm
Location: 88 Nassau Street, Toronto
Presented by one of Canada’s foremost sommeliers, Christopher Sealy, in collaboration with Café Pamenar, join us on November 18th for an intimate wine experience featuring the Loire Valley.
Loire Valley Vineyards of France. A beginning.
Les Lois de la Nature du Vin
(A play on the title Les Lois de la Nature Humaine)
What our nature reveals about how and what we taste.
Wine is an endless discovery—no matter how much experience one has, new flavors and sensations open up entirely new ways of experiencing…well, everything!
Take the Loire Valley in France, a vineyard region nestled along the Loire River as it winds its way to the Atlantic. It’s a region of immense variety, where both conventional and artisan handcrafted family raised wines can be found.
Think of it this way…what is pop radio music compared to urban sounds in the streets? How are we conditioned! How natural are we…really?
There’s something in wine for everyone—but can you tell the difference? Your body knows. Let’s meet, taste, and discuss!
Style of the Event
This exclusive tasting is limited to just 14 guests, fostering a relaxed, close-knit environment ideal for conversation and exploration. Christopher Sealy will guide attendees through four distinct wines from France’s Loire Valley, sharing his insights into their origins, production, and nuanced flavors.
