The To Kalon Collective represents some of the most highly coveted, luxury wines in the world. Each is sourced from the iconic To Kalon Vineyard with great significance to the Napa Valley and crafted with passion by several of the most influential and respected winemakers working today.

This one-night-only, multi-course dinner and wine experience will be an intimate, private evening in the stunning Terrace Room atop the Park Hyatt, Toronto, adjacent to the Writer’s Room.
Tickets & Details:
Welcome reception with a glass of Robert Mondavi Winery Reserve To Kalon Fumé Blanc, alongside canapés.
5-course dinner with premium wine pairings, all of which have scored at least 93 points.
Wine education with Eugene Mlynczyk, Master of Wine.
Opportunity to privately purchase the wines enjoyed at dinner.
Tickets are $395 + tax per person. Wine pairings and gratuity are included in the price.
This is a 19+ experience.
Long-table format, but not family style.

No refunds, however, i) you can transfer your tickets to another guest up to 24 hours before the event; ii) you can get a credit towards another DINR ticketed event provided you notify us at least 3 business days of the event.
