Founder & Chef, Richmond Station

Since founding Richmond Station in 2012, Carl Heinrich has been a champion of local agriculture and sustainable food systems. As the winner of Top Chef Canada Season 2, Chef Heinrich has brought his culinary passion and philosophy of showcasing fresh, farm-driven ingredients to Richmond Station’s menu, offering elevated comfort food that reflects the best of Ontario’s produce.

Executive Chef, Richmond Station

Chef Arnaud Bloquel

Executive Chef, Arnaud Bloquel

Born in Guadeloupe, Chef Arnaud Bloquel has crafted a career shaped by diverse cultural influences and rigorous training in France’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens. After earning accolades for his restaurant L’Orchidea in the Caribbean, Chef Bloquel now leads the kitchen at Restaurant Lucie, where his contemporary approach to French cuisine has brought Toronto’s fine dining to new heights.
